Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Sura Info Tech, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
Service Not Started: If work hasn't begun on your service within the agreed timeframe.
Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the promised service.
Technical Issues: If technical failures prevent service delivery.
Double Payment: In case of accidental duplicate payments.
Dissatisfaction: Within 7 days of delivery, if the service doesn't meet specifications.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
Government Fees: All government fees and taxes paid on your behalf.
Completed Services: Services already delivered and accepted.
Partial Deliveries: After 50% of service completion, only pro-rata refunds may be considered.
After 30 Days: No refund requests accepted 30 days after service completion.
